Repair NT installation: CP_1252.NLS file corrupt
This didn't make any difference but I found if I just copy these files to another directory and tell the wizzard, have disk, and direct it to that directory, the protocols TCP, I suspect there is an inf file corrupt in the windows\inf directory since it acts different just copying the files to another directory.
